Sending a Photo
Would you like to send us a photo to put on your personalized item?
The information listed below is intended to help you send us the best photo possible for optimum print quality.
Please note we use a high quality color laser printer and laser paper to ensure your photo comes out crisp every time. Print quality will depend on the picture quality as it is received.
* There is no extra charge to add a photo to your personalized item. We also do not charge to scan the photo for you.
* You may mail your photos to us and the original will be returned with your order. If by chance we have forgotten to return the photo with your order, we will mail it separately.
* It is important that you mail an original, not a fax, copy or reprinted image. Please do not cut or crop the picture in any manner.

* If you already have a digital image (from digital camera or scanned image) please email as an email attachment to jordansuniquetreasures@yahoo.com
Tips for scanning an image to be emailed.
1) Scan your photograph at the highest resolution possible. Our printer is capable of printing up to 1200 dpi.
2) You may need to downsize your image before you save and email it to us. The file size (not the image size) needs to be under 2mb or it will take a very long time to upload to us.
3) Save your photo as .jpg, .tif. or pdf, if you are unable to save in one of these formats, save in whatever you can and we will do our best with the image.
4) Do not crop your picture. We will crop for best results.
If for any reason you need help, please feel free to call us and we can talk you through the scanning process.
